Position Overview:
Responsible for complex and interpretive financial analyses. Provides periodic reports and special studies for management. Responsible for the annual budget process, forecasts, or statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. Coach less-experienced Financial Analysts.
Responsibilities:
Provides complex planning and profitability reporting in Finance.
Oversees the maintenance and reporting of operational metrics.
Provides detailed analytical support for various corporate functions and operations (i.e. market dynamics, competitive information, mix enrichment, and internal cost drivers).
Consults with the team to analyze identified trends, performance enhancements, and cost-saving opportunities.
Researches, develops, and conducts complex financial plans.
Develops new analysis and identifies new financial metrics.
Engages/develops project planning & implementation.
Drives the annual budget process.
Oversees the completion of projects or assignments including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
Education and Experience Requirements:
BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required.
5 - 10 years of experience in related field required.
Some supervisory experience required.
MS/MA/MBA preferred.
CPA/CFA license preferred

Ability to provide insightful analytics to executive management
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Ability to assimilate broad source data into planning models
Ability to identify variances and trends
Strong knowledge of PC related tools for detailed analysis, technology applications, and data utilization
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to write standard reports that clearly communicate findings and methodologies

Pay Ranges
$65,979.00 - $109,965.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
