Position Overview

Seeking a strategic media rock star to oversee paid brand campaigns, optimize performance and drive innovation in a fast-paced business environment. This role will oversee video, audio, display and social.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media strategies in alignment with marketing goals
  • Spearhead the right geography approach at the national, regional and local level
  • Manage all aspects of the media plan, including strategy, tactics & reporting
  • Develop working media budgets by channel working with agency partners to identify the right channel mix  
  • Leverage first and third-party data to create a robust audience strategy to reach the right consumers
  • Experience navigating linear and non-linear video landscape, terrestrial and streaming audio, programmatic advertising and influencer marketing a plus
  • Establish thoughtful testing roadmap to drive growth and innovation
  • Track and analyze performance weekly, focusing on KPIs such as consideration, impressions, web site traffic, clicks, time spent, reach, frequency and CPM

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business or communications
  • Experience: 5+ years in media managing annual budgets of $30 Million+
  • Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, DV360 is a plus
  • Analytics skills: Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Expertise in performance digital advertising and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead acquisition goals.
  • Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to identify operational gaps/opportunities and implement solutions
  • Highly analytical and technical thinker, with proven experience in analyzing complex data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to grow the business
  • Strong technical acumen and core understanding of marketing functions/systems
  • Proven ability to conceptualize solutions and creatively problem-solve

  • Leadership: Act as the sole owner of brand media, helping to drive innovation
  • Communication skills: Be a master at communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are met, stay on task and budget
  • Management skills: Be agile to manage multiple tasks at once flawlessly
  • Data-driven mindset: Follow consumer behavior and modeling to develop the most effective program; Be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data

Pay Ranges

$65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
