Job Description
The Executive Assistant (EA) is a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring efficiency, organization, and proactive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—requiring a highly organized, tech-savvy, and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs, drive priorities, and optimize workflows. 1. High-Impact Executive Support
Time & Calendar Management: Optimize executive schedules by prioritizing tasks, blocking focus time, and minimizing distractions. Not just scheduling but protecting executive time.
Proactive Task Management: Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and take initiative to ensure seamless operations without constant oversight.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of trust and professionalism.
2. Tech Fluency & Process Optimization
Systems & Tools Proficiency: Utilize modern productivity and automation tools (e.g., Teams, Microsoft, AI, Concur) to streamline workflows.
Inbox & Communication Optimization: Draft and manage emails, presentations, and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Data & Metrics Awareness: Pull reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Leadership & Strategic Thinking
Supervisory responsibilities: Leading the EA that supports other ELT members.
Business Acumen: Understand company priorities and ensure the executive team is well-prepared for meetings and strategic discussions.
Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Offer solutions, reprioritize tasks as needed, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the executive team in meetings, with clients, vendors, employees, and other key partners.

Education and Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not always required. Relevant certifications in executive assistance or project management are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience leading, developing, and engaging direct reports preferred Proven track record of managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling confidential information. Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and providing insights to support decision-making. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and tools that enhance executive productivity. Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable. A history of continuous learning and professional development, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges
$65,979.00 - $109,965.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
