Job Description
Position Overview:
Responsible for executing and direct mail program. Accountable for program innovation and execution. Leads and guides day-to-day management of a cross functional team of partners to deliver best-in-class, results- focused mail programs. Manages all aspects of the direct mail process and schedule, including planning, concepts, designs, printing and distribution. Works with external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Tracks and analyzes performance weekly, focusing on KPIs such as response rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per sale and ROI. Present findings and recommendations for the future.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute direct mail strategies in alignment with marketing goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to different customer segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with overall brand positioning guidelines.
Establish thoughtful testing roadmap to drive efficient growth.
Establish and monitor budgets for direct mail campaigns.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and effectiveness.
Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize mail pieces.
Use CRM and data analytics tools to target specific audience segments and enhance response rates.
Ensure direct mail materials meet legal standards, including data privacy, opt-out compliance, and offer disclaimers.
Conduct quality checks on design, print, and delivery to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of direct mail marketing with experience in analytics and large budgets.
Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, direct mail platforms, and data analytics tools (ie Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Analytics skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient presentation skills
Drive for continuous KPI improvement through testing new ideas
Attention to detail and organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay Ranges
$79,175.00 - $131,958.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
