Position Overview
This role is responsible for analytical transformation projects including the development and evolution of TruGreen's real-time lifetime value and propensity to churn modeling, advanced logistics planning and optimization modeling, comprehensive sales and workforce forecasting, and drive increased sales efficiencies and customer experience satisfaction modeling. The Advance Analytics and Insights Manager will lead a team of Business Analysts and reporting engineers while working cross-functionally with the IT Business Intelligence team. Build, lead, and manage the long-term development and evolution of advanced analytical techniques enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage the advanced analytics team for new sales, customer retention, route planning, and logistics optimization.
Provide thought leadership on and execute the vision for growth and evolution of advanced analytical techniques within the organization.
Establish and build a close partnership with the IT Business Intelligence and architecture teams to achieve enterprise objectives.
Create and maintain advanced data analytics models for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive uses across a wide range of business use cases, including customer lifetime value, next best action recommendations, customer satisfaction (NPS), field routing, planning, logistics optimizations, and sales planning.
Partner with senior leaders to drive growth and change through advanced analytical analyses and analytic techniques to inform and support real-time decision-making across the business.
Prepare and present compelling data-driven stories and recommendations to create buy-in and influence at all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years leading data science, engineering, or advanced analytics initiatives required
Applied data science in a business setting preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced analytical techniques including cluster analysis, neural networks, decision trees, complex multi-variate regressions, machine learning, etc.
Python/R, and SQL mastery
Data science, including knowledge of ETL, data structures, architecture, warehousing, etc.
Working knowledge of goal-driven hypothesis testing, model back-testing, and ongoing optimization strategies
Ability to influence at all levels of the company
Strong intellectual curiosity and pursuit of learning
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues
Attention to detail and accuracy
Written and verbal communication skills

Pay Ranges
$95,010.00 - $158,350.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
